Great Ages of Cars Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This policy explains what data is used when you play Great Ages of Cars ("the game") on iPhone or Android, who receives it, and the choices you have.

1. Summary
- You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress (coins, gems, upgrades, records and settings) is stored only on your device.
- The game shows Google AdMob ads. Where the law requires it, we ask whether you accept personalized ads first. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
- Purchases are charged by Apple or Google: we never see your card details.
- We use third-party services to validate purchases (RevenueCat), detect crashes and understand how the game is played (Google Firebase).
- The game is meant for people 13 and older.
2. What is stored on your device
- What:
- your progress;
- your settings (music, sound, vibration, language);
- the player name you type, if any;
- which offers you already bought.
- Who sees it: this data is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game.
- Backups: if iCloud or Google backup is on, your device may keep a copy according to your settings. The game restores it when you reinstall.
3. Data received by other services
Ads: Google AdMob
The game shows optional rewarded videos (for example, to double your coins). To show and measure them and to prevent fraud, Google's SDK collects:
- device identifiers: the advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, only if you allow it; advertising ID on Android) and the app set ID;
- approximate location, derived from your IP address (we don't use GPS);
- ad interactions: which ads you saw or tapped;
- diagnostics and performance data from the SDK.
If you don't give consent, or on iPhone you don't allow tracking, Google shows non-personalized ads. Learn more: how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchases: Apple, Google and RevenueCat
- Apple / Google: in-game purchases (gems and offers) are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own terms.
- RevenueCat:
- receives each purchase receipt, an anonymous identifier created by the game and basic device data;
- it uses them to check that the purchase is valid and to deliver what you bought.
- RevenueCat privacy policy.
Crashes and game usage: Firebase (Google)
- Firebase Crashlytics: if the game closes because of an error, it sends a technical report (what failed, device model, OS version and an installation identifier).
- Firebase Analytics: records game events (for example, races played, purchases or ads watched) with an installation identifier. We use it to improve the game and to measure our advertising campaigns.
- Neither includes your name or email.
- Privacy in Firebase.
4. Why we use data and on what legal basis
- Personalized ads, and storing or reading identifiers on your device: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Non-personalized ads, fraud prevention, crash reports and game statistics: our legitimate interest in keeping the game free, stable and secure.
- Validating and delivering purchases: to fulfil what you bought.
5. Your choices and rights
- Privacy options:
- in Settings → Privacy options you can review or change your ad consent (where it applies);
- in the US, you can also opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data there.
- Tracking on iPhone: you can turn tracking off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
- Deleting your data: uninstall the game to delete the progress stored on your device.
- Other rights: depending on your country's law, you can ask for access,
correction, deletion or objection. Write to [email protected]:
- since we don't hold your name or email in our systems, we will ask for what we need to find the data (for example, the order number of a purchase);
- we will forward the request to our providers where applicable.
- Complaints: you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Children
- The game is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data.
- If the store tells us the player is a minor, we only show age-appropriate, non-personalized ads.
- If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
7. Retention and transfers
- Retention:
- data on your device stays until you uninstall the game;
- providers keep what they receive under their own policies.
- Transfers: some providers (Google, RevenueCat) process data in the United States and other countries, with the safeguards the law requires (for example, standard contractual clauses).
8. Security
Data sent by the game travels encrypted (HTTPS). We don't store passwords or payment details.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will also tell you in the game.
